    This mount works exactly as described and the magnets are very powerful. It easily holds a Glock 19 with full clip and the rubber coating prevents scratches when concealing/removing. My advice is to install in an area that won’t be affected by magnets (ie. not very close to electronics).

    Works great! I am only using one of the 2 magnets so I can save the other for a second locating but it holds my sub compact with a full magazine just fine. Will even hold it at an angle from the small angled part of the slide. Very nice coating on it to prevent marring.

    So I’m actually not using these for guns. They are strong enough to attach onto metal beams without a need to secure it with a screw. Tape is more than enough. (It can probably also do just fine without the tape.)
    I’m using it to hang other metal tools and keys and other things, and it is simply magnificent. I’m sure using it for its intended purposes is great too.
    All in all, I highly recommend.

    You wouldn’t think there is much to say with a gun magnet. Mount it, put the gun on it… done. Not so fast my friend…

    That is what I used to think. I had a different brand on my old car. It was strong and it held the gun but there were a few issues that I did not anticipate. It was smooth which meant that some of my guns would rotate on the mount. The magnet was also not as strong but strong enough to hold the gun…

    Fast forward to today. I have a new car and needed a new mount. Knowing what I know now I went with a mount that had a rubbery base so that the gun does not rotate when secured. I also wanted a stronger magnet.

    The GMW fit the bill. The rubbery surface keeps my gun from rotating when mounted (I use a side mount on the slide) and the magnet is very strong. There is a 2 pack so you have options with it as well.

    All in all I am highly satisfied with this mount.

    Purchased these magnets for my husband. These magnets are easy to mount. The rubberized coating prevents them from scratching up the weapon. Great for a vehicle or nightstand. I like that they do not take up a lot of space. This makes it easier to hide them in a discrete place. If you are considering using them for flat, sharp objects, they will also work perfectly.

    I was looking for a magnetic mount and found this gem. It was really quick and easy to install and it was surprisingly strong when trying it out. From the description it did say 30 pound rating but once you actually utilize it that’s when you realize the strength of the magnet. It’s perfect for what I needed.

    Overall, it was exactly what I thought it would be but it’s impressive with what it’s able to do. The ease of installing it is also a huge plus as well. I’m not very handy around the house but it was a since to install. It’s a great product and I’m very happy with my purchase.

    These magnets are very strong! Don’t let the size of the magnet deceive you. This magnet secures hold my pistol in the position I choose. The magnet has a protective coding to keep from scratching the firearm. A great value for two, one for my home and vehicle.

    All, great quality magnets both come with mounting gear. I used one to make sure that a metal screen door does not move around in the wind. It hold the heavy door in place. Best part is not harsh metal sounds it scratching because of the rubber coating on the magnet. I will use the second one to hand metal angle ruler on she’d wall.

    These magnets are strong enough to keep my Glock 23, fully loaded, held in place. I also used one for my Ruger 380. The magnets are small, yet very strong! You can attach them with the self sticking back and secure them with a small screw, which is included. Keep your firearms within arms reach, without having to go into a drawer or glove box.

    Incredibly strong magnets. Before installing under a cash register I tested the magnets on our refrigerator and the gun was very secure on the two round magnets.

    This gun magnet is my first and I’m not disappointed. They are easy to install. I havent needed it, but I could see use for some bolts instead of just screws. My gun weights 22.7 oz with 16 rounds and the magnet is plenty strong for it. They also look very nice compared to some others. Nice round shape with a nice rubber jacket to protect your gun. Overall, seems to be a great product.

    the screws are terrible. throw them away and buy stainless steel. they stripped out in sheet metal with pilot holes drilled. the magnet are very good and hold as they should. would buy again, just get new screws.

    STRONG MAGNETS. Perfectly sized and works great for a small compact gun. Make sure to get the firearm centered on the magnet to be sure it doesnt move around on you. Mounting was easy and effortless. Hardware included. I put these magnets on the back of both of my nightstands next to my bed.

    So the good reason these come with a little 3M sticky on the one side is so you can stick to a surface and have less trouble with the screw and even the drill. The first time I pulled one out kind of lazily, it jumped over to the other magnet. If you understand rare Earth magnets from things like the hard drives in a computer, you will understand how strong these little things are and how easily they hold so much weight. Knowing this, I wanted to put one up without the sticker usage. Yep, it grabbed the screw and pulled the drill over by the bit when I got close. It is installed but please do not torture yourself and use the sticker.

    I am sure you can guess which position would be easier to quickly grab a gun off this strong magnet. I would say in real life if you need that gun in your hand instantly and have it sideways, you will lose. Safety on but ready to grab is my way. These magnets are great and with the pair, I am sure the shotgun can be set somewhere else too. Worth every penny, peso, rupee or whatever currency you use!

    I purchased this for my boyfriend who has over 40 firearms in his collection. The description says it works for most guns and specifies that it works for Glocks. However, the magnet is not strong enough to hold ANY of the guns in my boyfriend’s collection, including the Glock he carries with him daily. The peel and stick adhesive was not strong enough to even hold the magnet while he prepared the screw. It fell off the headboard in less than 30 seconds, even after holding it with his hand for about two minutes first. The only things that the magnet was strong enough to hold were paper clips and a pair of scissors when he threw it in his desk drawer. We are both disappointed and I regret buying it for him.

    I’ve been wanting to buy a gun magnet for quite some time now and finally found a great option. I have been looking for something compact and easy to use and this product is 100% that.

    It comes with a 3m adhesive that you use before screwing in and it really helps to line up exactly where you want it.

    It hold very well and does not move after gun in places on it, even with going over many bumps.

    I have used this for a week or so now and I really like it. I will tell you that you definitely need to be careful of where you place it if you are placing it in your vehicle.

    I spoke to my neighbor who is a police officer and he sad that where I had mine would cause some issues if being pulled over.

    Just keep that in mind if putting in your vehicle. Overall I am very satisfied with this product.

    These are strong magnets that can be held in place either with the two-sided tape or with the screws. Don’t get your fingers between the gun and the magnet, or you will get a mean pinch!

    I’ve been on the market for something like this for a while. You want your weapon safe and out of the way, but you need it to be easily accessible if something should come up. This product comes with two very strong magnets and four screws of two different lengths, so you have options on your install. Very good for me as I ‘screwed’ up the first time and stripped the screw. I was hoping that one magnet would be enough, but with my fully loaded 1911 it was just too heavy for one to keep it flush against the upper surface. Two, though, are more than enough to keep it secure and locked in place, and, since it comes with two, TaDa! Now, that’s just for horizontal mounting flush to the bottom of a surface. If I wanted it to hang down for easier grabbing, or if I was mounting up against a wall, one would be more than enough. Very easy to install. The magnets come with adhesive to hold it in place where you want to screw it. I wish everything came that way as holding the thing in place WHILE trying to screw it can be cumbersome. The adhesive made the job very simple. My friend has a much smaller 5 shot pistol and one magnet held it up flush without problem so, if that’s your case, you could have two different places prepared for the gun, or keep an extra clip up there with the gun. Super simple install, easy to use, does exactly what it says it will do. The seller followed up with a humorous email and made sure I knew they were there if I had any questions or issues. I will definitely buy from this seller again when I’m ready and highly recommend both them and their product

    This magnet was an amazing addition to my home and automobile. I was able to easily mount it under my desk with the adhesive, I did add the screw to help hold the magnet to the desk. My Glock 26 does not pull the magnet off at all, the protective rubber on the magnet keeps my firearm from getting scratched.

    In my vehicle the screw was also needed to keep the magnet in place, as I had no flat surface to attach the adhesive to. It works great!

    This is a great product. The magnets are very strong. Be careful getting out of package. The magnets are so strong almost pinched my finger. Love they are easy to install. Just one screw! The adhesive could be a little stronger but still works.

    After purchasing the a set of magnets from the same makers and absolutely loving them, I had to try these ones. Once again, I’m blown out of my mind how great they are. Unlike many of the other competitors the magnetic strength of these are remarkable. I’m able to easily hold my Glocks without them spinning or rotating with a slight touch.

    Mounting these magnets are so simple and I love how there is a center hole, which hides the screw in there. Bonus black screws
